TUINA ANMO – THE ART of CHINESE MASSAGE
What does TUINA ANMO means?
TUI means “push” with your hands,
TA means “grab” with your hand,
AN means “press”,
MO means “rub”.
Those are some of the techniques that can be applied during a treatment.
The therapeutic effect of a TUINA massage treatment is rooted on the healing faculty of our organism. An appropriate stimulation creates a pitfall of reactions – either local or global – that ignites the regulation of our organism and its different regions ( i.e. : skin, connective tissue, muscle, blood circulation, lymph-circulation, and also internal organs etc). Expected results are: Yin and Yang are harmonised, meridians regulated, blood and energy circulation in organs is improved, pain and swelling are reduced, mobility of articulations is increased.
Acupoints are stimulated too, according to need.
